Move code common to the Whole Character keying sets ("Whole Character" and
"Whole Character (Selected Bones Only)" into a mix-in class. This avoids
the need to use direct assignments like
`poll = BUILTIN_KSI_WholeCharacter.poll`.

No functional changes.
