Pablo Vazquez 65999a1b03 Template: Minimum updates to VFX template ...

Implements #146360

Update VFX template with minimum changes:
- Replace Timeline with DopeSheet footer.
- Save (with compression). 525kb → 92kb

All changes were done on a release build at 1920x1080, without a
preferences folder.
