Maxime-Cots 6e3039173d UV: Ensure Pie Menu consistency with 3D Viewport ...

"Selected to Grid" and "Cursor to Grid" are now swapped to fix the
consistency between UV Snap Pie Menu and 3DView Snap Menu.

Resolves #140714
