Audaspace audio seek code wasn't taking start_time into account.
(Most common symptom: HDV MPEG2TS files always start audio playback at the 
beginning regardless of seek position.)

SConscript

Merge of itasc branch. Project files, scons and cmake should be working. Makefile updated but not tested. Comes with Eigen2 2.0.6 C++ matrix library.
