Boltzmachine 740c9f220d VSE: Add RGB Parade Display Mode for sequencer ...

This PR implements #120479 by adding a new Waveform Display Mode
"RGB Parade" that will essentially be the Luma Waveform but with
"Separate Colors" turned on.
