* BLENDER_SYSTEM_SCRIPTS support for multiple script paths, separated by
  ; on Windows and : on other platforms.
* New BLENDER_CUSTOM_SPLASH to replace the splash screen image.
* New BLENDER_CUSTOM_SPLASH_BANNER to overlay an image on the splash.
