Previously, the track axis would remain X on the other side. It should
be flipped to -X to give a symmetrical result.
Building upon ee43cf5722, this adds support for flipping the track
axis in certain constraints, namely:
- Track To
- Locked Track
- Damped Track
- Shrinkwrap
