When dragging on area edges to resize them, the visual feedback is brighter on high DPI displays like Retina. This is because the center line is subpixel when on a regular monitor. This PR increases the width of the line and outline, giving a stronger highlight and one that looks similar on all platforms. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/136108
