Falk David df0c567380 Fix #129781: GPv3: Memory leak in the edit batch cache ...

Introduced by 5fff95f519.
The commit forgot to free the `cache->edit_points_vflag`.
The fix frees the buffer in `grease_pencil_batch_cache_clear`.
