Guillermo Venegas c97195cd63 Refactor: UI: Replace uiItemMenuEnumFullO* with class methods ...

This converts the public uiItemMenuEnumFullO* functions to an
object-oriented API (as uiLayout::op_menu_enum overloads),
matching recent changes in the API.
