Campbell Barton ed36b797a0 Fixed a but where DupStart and DupEnd (duplivert settings) max values were larger then a short. which made the buttons act oddly.

Also added tooltips.

Idealy these would be unsigned shorts or ints because they should be able to go up to the max frame number 300000.
