Renames `OB_MODE_EDIT_GPENCIL`, `OB_MODE_PAINT_GPENCIL`,  `OB_MODE_SCULPT_GPENCIL`,  `OB_MODE_WEIGHT_GPENCIL`, `OB_MODE_VERTEX_GPENCIL, and the context modes` to `*_LEGACY`.
