* Fix #112284 and other non-reported sculpt-related regressions in the
   new Workbench.
* Cleanup ObjectState setup.
* Update `sculpt_batches_get` to support getting per material batches
   while passing SculptBatchFeatures.
* Make material indices 0 based in Workbench.
