Campbell Barton a27b309009 Modeling: add "Connected" support for auto-merge ...

Support limiting the merge by connected geometry.
This is useful for operations such as bevel where it's not desirable
for the merge to connect isolated surfaces.

Accessible from the Python API, no user visible changes.
