There are still a few places that are more complicated where the replacement
to `IDP_New` isn't obvious, but this commit replaces most uses of the ugly
`IDPropertyTemplate` usage.
Compositor: Make Hue Correct node wrap
This patch makes the Hue Correct node as well as the Hue Correct VSE
modifiers to wrap, such that no discontinuities occur for the red hue.
Since it now wraps, the default curve preset now exempts the last point
of the curve.
A new CUMA_USE_WRAPPING flag was added to specify wrapping for curve
maps. The implementation works by adding two virtual points before and
after the terminal points in the curve map, such that their handles
match, and would then produce a continues curve.
This is a breaking change, since existing curves were also adjusted
using versioning. However, the change will not be significant, since in
most realistic cases, the terminal points will be close to each other,
and even with wrapping, the connection will be very sharp, almost
matching the old behavior.

Since [0] some comments referencing UI_MAX_NAME_STR were incorrect.
Also correct buffer size for preview_id in uiTemplatePreview so newly
created names are guarantee to be the correct size.

Add more flexibility to tooltip images by adding the ability to specify
if (one of two) checkerboards are added, border, premultiplied
blending, or recoloring.

Use the prior fixed button widths as minimum sizes for the template_ID
new and open buttons. That way they will look the same as before under
most circumstances but will still adjust rather than overflow for
longer content or larger text sizes.
Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/119330
The Template_ID uses fixed widths for "new" and "open" buttons.
Although scaled by resolution scale, they do not take into account
language differences, Text Styles, etc and therefore frequently
overflow. This PR sets the buttons widths from the text size.
Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/119229
Fix text overflow in Scene selector. This Template_ID uses a "pin" icon
which will cause the name to clip at some sizes. Also decreases the
minimum width because of this fix.

"Own" (the adjective) cannot be used on its own. It should be combined
with something like "its own", "our own", "her own", or "the object's own".
It also isn't used separately to mean something like "separate".
Also, "its own" is correct instead of "it's own" which is a misues of the verb.
Introduce new DNA for the `Animation` data-block and its sub-data.
This includes the blenkernel code for reading & writing to blend files,
and for memory management (freeing, duplicating). Minimal C++ wrappers
are included, with just the functionality needed for blenkernel to do
its job.
The Outliner code is extended so that it knows about the new data-type,
nothing more.

Over the last couple years (!) UI buttons have moved to derived classes,
meaning we don't need to use the same "a1" and "a2" variables to store
different information. At this point, that information is set specifically
by internal UI code, or functions like `UI_but_*_set`.
These values are only set to their default 0 values now (or -1 in some
non-meaningful cases). This commit removes the values from buttons
and removes the remaining a1 and a2 arguments from the UI API.
Previously these used a special "menu func" that used an argument value
passed through each menu button's a2 value. This was more complex than
necessary given the existence of generic button callbacks.
So use std::function in these remaining cases, and remove the now-unused
`butm_func` and `butm_func_arg` values in the uiBlock.
Remove uses for `uiDefButS`. -1 was passed as a2 still in a few
places, but that was most likely just because of copy & paste,
it doesn't look like that's actually used anywhere.
The color luminosity was written to this value, but never read
anywhere. uiBut::a2 is only read in three more places, none of
which could reasonably use this value.
When a new liboverride is created from the IDTemplate UI widget, in case
its hierarchy root is different than the liboverride itself, ensure that
it is also instanciated in the scene, if possible (i.e. if it's an
object or collection).
Should allow for better representation of liboverride hierarchies
created that way, and reduce the risk of getting key liboverrides hidden
from the scene's hierarchy (in the Outliner ViewLayer view e.g.).
LibOverride creation code wrapper when called from the IDTemplates in
the UI was a tad too permissive in its attempts to find the best
possible liboverride hierarchy root, leading to potential invalid linked
ID selection.
Use std::function instead of separately allocated arguments and
function pointers. This improves type safety and makes the code less
verbose. It also moves us closer to not having two methods of adding
button callbacks.
Currently most of the data stored in `wmWindowManager` is runtime
data not saved to files. It's confusing that it's declared in DNA then. That
also prevents us from using C++ features. This commit adds an initial
runtime struct. Moving data there can be done as a separate step.
Initially I wanted to look at moving the `ReportList` system to C++.
The runtime struct has to be defined in the blenkernel module because
the members are (will be) used there in a few places.

I added a new BLO_userdef_default.h header to contain declarations of
two global variables that are still defined in C files. Use of designated
initializers for large structs make those files harder to change.
Arguably this is a better header for them anyway.

Although the information displayed in the status bar is strictly
speaking reports, it makes sense to translate them using the Interface
setting instead of Reports, as the tool names and stats terms are
also translated in other UI places (toolbar, menus).
This change includes status bars statistics and keymaps, and viewport
statistics.
The change is quite extensive as it is all or nothing. Translating
keymaps using Interface means some status messages will include them
indirectly, and thus cannot use Reports without having a weird mix of
original and translated words. In turn, having only some messages
translated would be even more confusing.
The result is that all messages related to input are now translated with
Interface, which I think also makes sense.
Discussed as a followup to !116804.

For some reason the "get" function actually allocates the button's
operator properties container. This may or may not make sense to
do, but while it happens, the function name might as well make
that clear.
