Bastien Montagne 08c0f1adcb Refactor: Make gizmo use more C++ features, and new/delete allocations. 
This mainly move some allocated data to new/delete, and storage of
operators data to a blender::Vector.

Part of the effort to make PointerRNA non-trivial (#122431).
