The complaint mentions three popup alert dialogs that have fixed width and are difficult to translate to some languages and fit. for both create_autorun_warning and create_opengl_usage_warning these become sized to fit their longest string length. The third is just too narrow, so create_save_file_overwrite_dialog is made 30% wider, to be more in line with other dialogs with three buttons.
