Clément Foucault 16059aca59 Fix: EEVEE-Next: Shadow with transmission 
This fixes a few issues:
- Split of shadows in different direction caused by
  the shadow normal bias.
- Fixes #120599 by reverting to light vector to
  bias the shadow test.

Cleanup now unused variables.
