Deduplicate `assign_action_ensure_slot_for_keying()` and `generic_slot_for_autoassign()`. Some of the functionality of the latter function was copied into the former. This has now been replaced by actually calling the function in the appropriate spot. No functional changes. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/133652
