Patrick Mours bedf7ff0c1 Fix #132036: Minimum CUDA architecture in generated OSL PTX code 
Cycles supports OptiX on Maxwell and up architectures, but the
default in OSL is to generate PTX targeting Pascal and up. Adjust the
OSL target architecture to Maxwell to fix this.
