Refactor code to use `eSpaceSeq_Proxy_RenderSize` or corresponding `IMB_Proxy_Size` enum items directly. `SEQ_PROXY_RENDER_SIZE_100` has assigned value 99 to distinguish from `SEQ_PROXY_RENDER_SIZE_FULL`.
