Maintenance update to the 2D Animation template. The following changes were made: - Remove Timeline. - Enable DopeSheet footer. - Save (with compression). - Enable "By Active Tool" in tool shelf. (suggested by the GP module) - Remove Compositing and Rendering workspaces All changes done in a 1920x1090 window, factory startup, without a preferences folder. See PR for details and screenshots.
