Christoph Lendenfeld 4050b0d6df Refactor: remove argument from ANIM_builtin_keyingset_get_named 
No functional changes

`ANIM_builtin_keyingset_get_named` had a `KeyingSet *` argument
that was always passed as `nullptr`
This patch removes it to simplify the code.
