Sergey Sharybin 45a73827b0 Fix missing dependency in CMake file 
Make sure bf_rna is compiled prior to bf_editor_space_userpref,
so that the RNA_prototypes.h can be included.

Solves possible compilation error when building Blender from
scratch.
