This reverts commit 19e9092cb6. The
minimum requirement is for builds that Blender officially provides. We
still need to maintain code for none SSE builds.

Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline-modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing, motion tracking and video editing.
