In readfile code, when looking up for an already existing Library ID based on the filepath, the logic handling said file path was wrong. NOTE: This probably does not have any effect in practice, but better be safe than sorry. Found while investigating issues when opening `lib/tests/libraries_and_linking/libraries/main_scene.blend`.
