In Grease Pencil edit mode, the gizmos for move, rotate, scale etc. were shown in the wrong position when the layer had a transform. With this fix, the layer transform is taking into account when calculating the position of the gizmo. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/133641
