Falk David 7e87da72ab Fix #129637: GPv3: Python: add_points raises exception ...

Introduced by 68c665ffa1.
This fix forgot to change parameters of `GreasePencilStrokePointSlice`
in `add_points`.
The fix also adds a test for `add_points` and `remove_points`.
