Dalai Felinto 98dd62ebda UI: Extensions: Missing Script Files tweaks

* Move missing script files inside a panel.
* Call it Missing Add-ons.
* Add an explicit "X" to dismiss (instead of the checkbox).

Note: The panel is collapsed by default.
