This commit introduces a `FUNDING.yml` file to the repository. This file contains a link to [fund.blender.org](https://fund.blender.org), which will be displayed on our read-only GitHub mirror. The addition of this file could raise visibility for Blender's funding platform, providing users with a direct way to support Blender's development.
