This corresponds the latest rolling 2448.13 release: https://dgpu-docs.intel.com/releases/packages.html?release=Rolling+2448.13&os=Ubuntu+24.04 Graphics compiler upgrades require increasing the minimum required driver (compute-runtime) version to the corresponding one to guarantee compatibility, which is XX.XX.31740.15 in this release, so we bump this requirement accordingly.
