Clément Foucault cdb8a8929c GHOST: Delete Mac OpenGL support 
The maximum OpenGL versions supported on mac
doesn't meet the minimum required version (>=4.3) anymore.

This removes all the OpenGL paths in GHOST
Cocoa backend and from the drop down menu in
the user preferences.
