- NOCHECK -> ALL
- ALL -> MAYBE_ALL

Where 'MAYBE_ALL' checks to see if the mesh has changed.
This is clearer that `BKE_MESH_BATCH_DIRTY_ALL` is dirty and
going to be updated without any guess-work.
