Cleanup: Make all 'Experimental -> Debug' preferences OFF by default.

Form a logic PoV, it makes more sense to have all 'debug' options
disabled as the 'normal' situation.

This commit merely invert the RNA-exposition of two settings (Asset
Indexer and Override auto-resync).
