UI: Sequencer menus

Browse Source 
- Rename Frame menu to Navigation, and move to View menu
  - Add missing Zoom entry to View menu
  - Move the Snap/Offset items to the Transform menu
  - Remove Crossfade Sounds from the Strip menu, now that it is in the Transitions menu
  - Added more separators where it makes sense
