Changes to the text descriptions shown when dragging an area to a new location. "Split Area" -> "Move area here", "Replace Area" -> "Replace this area". Removes some confusion regarding "split" since we normally use that word for a different operation. The "this" and "here" help to remove ambiguation with the word "area" (source or target).
