Joshua Leung 2d22ea1f92 Drivers: Copy/Paste tools for the RMB Menu 
Drivers can now be copied/pasted for single properties, allowing drivers set up on one property to be added to a few other properties relatively easily. 

Also, added description strings for the other driver-button operators.

after some discussion, this is the replacement for the old loopcut tool: edge ring select displays a preview of the edge ring, and you can move the mouse with ctrl-alt held down and change the edge ring selection.
