Aras Pranckevicius 73f8e4c3c6 Build: echo currently compiled file names when using clang-cl on Windows 
MSVC does this by default, and is a good way to see build progress
indication, when using msbuild. clang-cl also got that option back
in 2018, but it is off by default.
