Campbell Barton 7ae8e18f0b Cleanup: rename preferences for NDOF sensitivity 
Clarify the terms for NDOF translation & rotation sensitivity.
Previously translation was named: "ndof_sensitivity" making it
sound like it would control rotation as well.
