Harley Acheson 7c636c1702 Fix #112736: Don't do Subpixel AA if not Antialised 
There should be no Subpixel AA if the user has deselected
"Anti-Aliasing". Render target FT_LOAD_TARGET_MONO is strongly
hinted to pixel grid and shouldn't be messed with.
