PR #139075 introduced a regression where holding alt to move strip handles without other connected strips would not work if the handle was already selected. Fix by only copying handles to selected strips if alt is not held. This also builds on #142916, using `find_neighboring_strip` to simplify logic and consider other cases too. We now avoid copying handles if it would interfere with *any* dual handle point, not just those present in the selection. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/143149
