Fynn Grotehans bab7548f94 Fix #104628: Rename Texture-paint brush display panel to 'Cursor' 
The same Panel was named different in Image editor -> Paint
and in 3D view -> Texture Paint. 'Cursor' is the common name for
this panel in all paint modes.
