Regular camera lens have a ratio of 1.0. The anamorphic bokeh can be
used freely as an artistic decision, but it's nice to clamp it to 2.0,
to match real cameras.
That end up giving a reference for artistis playing with the
parameters unaware of the more realistic limits.
