7276b2009a Core: Add new 'system IDprops' storage for runtime-generated RNA properties.
This commit cleanly splits IDProperties storage for its two very different
usages:
* "User-defined" data, also known as "custom properties". Mostly exposed
  in UI and as 'dictionary' in Python scripting, these are unique to each data
  (each object can have its own set of custom properties).
* "System-defined" data, mainly as backend-storage for runtime RNA
  structures and properties. While these are not necessarily present in the
  storage, they are registered for a data type, and therefore always available
  to all data of that type through RNA access.

See #123232 for rationales, designs and alternative investigated solutions.

## User-facing Changes

When using Blender, the only noticeable change is that python-defined RNA
data are not listed anymore in the Custom Properties panels (e.g. Cycles
data).

From a Python API perspective, the main changes are:
* Runtime RNA structs defined by sub-classing `PropertyGroup` and
  registering them are no more accessible through the 'dict' syntax.
  * They remain accessible through a dedicated 'bl_system_properties_get()`
    callback, but its usages are only expected to be for testing and
    debugging.
  * The result of this call will be `None` by default when there has been
    nothing written into it yet, unless its optional `do_create` parameter
    is set to `True`.
* Some types (like `Node`, `UIList`, etc.) cannot store raw IDProperties
  anymore (using the 'dict' syntax).

## Technical Details

* Adds System idprops to some data types (IDs, ViewLayer...).
* Moves some other containers (e.g operator properties, or some UI types like
  UILists) to only have system-defined properties.
* For a few specific types (like `PropertyGroup`), the same storage is used,
  but exposed in RNA as both user and system properties.
* Adds RNA API accessor callback to system idprops.
* Adds a function `bl_system_properties_get()`, which wraps system-defined
  idprops and gives 'dict-like' access to them. Currently mainly used by some
  unittests.
* System IDProps are always ignored by RNA diffing code (and therefore
  liboverride processing), as their value is already exposed through RNA
  properties, and should always be processed through these RNA properties.
* Modifies bpy rna binding to use these new system idprops for property
  accesses, and keeps using user-defined idprops for 'dict-type' accesses.
* Handles versioning by copying 'user idprops' (existing ones) into new
  'system idprops'.

### IDProperties Split

These types keep their historic IDProperty storage for user properties,
and get a new `system_id_properties` storage for system properties:

`ID`, `ViewLayers`, `Bone`, `EditBone`, `BoneCollection`, `PoseBone`, `Strip`

These types can both be extended with registrable RNA properties, and
expose Custom Properties in the UI.

### IDProperties become System Ones

These types keep a single IDProperties storage (their DNA struct does not
change), but it is now exclusively used for system-defined properties.

`OperatorProperty`, `View3DShading`, `UIList`, `AddonPreferences`,
`KeyConfigPreferences`, `GizmoProperties`, `GizmoGroupProperties`,
`Node`, `NodeSocket`, `NodeTreeInterfaceSocket`, `TimelineMarker`,
`AssetMetaData``

Since user properties were never available in the UI for them, they lose
their 'dict-like' IDProperties access in the Python API.

### Single Storage, Exposed as Both in API

These types still use a single IDProperty storage, but expose it both as
user properties and as system ones through RNA API.

* `PropertyGroup`: They need both access APIs since they are both
  used for raw IDProperty groups (the 'dict-like' access), and
  internally to access data of runtime-defined RNA structs.
* `IDPropertyWrapPtr`: Done mainly to follow `PropertyGroup`.
* `NodesModifier`: cannot become purely system idprops currently, as
  there is no other access than the 'raw ID properties' paths to their
  values. This can be changed once #132129 is finally implemented.

c8aa20f8b3 Cleanup: Remove titlebar text color from decoration style settings
When the colored titlebar decoration style was implemented in
PR #123982, both the titlebar background and foreground were exposed
to the OS backends to be used when styling the Blender window titlebar.

In practice, both backends that implement this decoration style (Win32
and macOS/Cocoa) only use the background color, and they either rely on
the OS to automatically set the text color or use the color HSV value
component to switch between the OS dark/white color.

While it was thought to still keep this value around for a potential
future backend implementation, the color settings parsed to obtain the
titlebar color (`TH_BUTBACK_TEXT_HI`, which wasn't properly suited for
this feature to begin with) has been replaced by `TH_TEXT` in #140726,
which ends up being too bright to be used as titlebar text for most
themes/use cases.

As such, this PR removes this unused titlebar decoration style setting.
Future backends that wishes the implement the colored titlebar
decoration style should either use an existing OS/DE text color or use
a set white/dark text color, similarly to what the Cocoa backend does.

5280ebc289 NDOF: all spaces now follow the navigation mode preference
Restore expected behavior of the NDOF, especially in the context of
non-3D editors. It addresses the following issues:

- Object mode, 3D viewport:
  With "Lock Horizon" off, the rotation axes will invert unexpectedly,
  making the camera behave similar to a "Fly mode".

- Fly mode, 2D editors:
  Changing a navigation mode to "Fly" makes no effect.
  Applies to UV and Nodes editors, Camera Preview etc.

Related to #140165

This includes some minor API changes back-ported from `main`
since the PR was created for `main`.

695a03d9f4 UI: Theme: Add text color settings to panels
Recently, panel styling was moved to a global setting instead of being
per-editor. However, the panel's title and labels inside still rely on
the per-editor region's text and title settings.

Move panel title and text colors to the global "Panel" settings.

from `UI_interface.hh` to `UI_interface_layout.hh`.

c793bfda23 UI: Area Maintenance Post Op Transitions
While performance area maintenance operations (split, join, docking)
some areas get highlighted and some are shown darkened to indicate they
will be removed. This PR just adds transitions AFTER completion that
eases out this highlighting. Make it less jarring and a little easier
to follow what happens.

5b1126da66 Fix #140375: Image editor save overwrites movie file
Create a good default name for saving individual frames of a movie file loaded
as an image datablock, instead of the movie file name.

Changes ImBuf to store the frame separate from the filepath, to implement this.
Seems more clear for ImBuf.filepath to be an actual filepath anyway.

Thanks to Jesse and Aras for investigating this bug.

6046b81e21 Cleanup: various minor chances to the NDOF API
- Use return values for NDOF access functions.
- Pass in event data by const reference as this is never null.
- Don't scale the angle from WM_event_ndof_to_axis_angle by the time
  delta since other functions don't do this, it's strange to make
  this an exception.
- Replace the term "pan" with "translation" since pan in Blender
  typically refers to moving the view in 2D using cursor input,
  not 3D transaction.
- Use a more descriptive term "time_delta" for the time between NDOF
  motion events.

4f4ce05435 Fix memory leak with the animation player exited with an error
When dropping files onto the player window the animation the player
would restart, freeing everything except for the GHOST_System.
This caused a memory leak in the case of an error, returning without
freeing the system.

Resolve by freeing the system along with everything else.

e9bb58e6df UI: Remove asset view template specific UI list features
Reverts most of the additions from ae1dc8f5f9 and 68c6fc6d38 to allow
internally defined UI lists to set operators to execute on click and
drag events. This was added and used only for the asset view UI
template was removed for 5.0 in the previous commit, as part of #110461.

f8eec542f4 Core: always free memory on exit, always report leaks
Instead of allowing leaks when parsing arguments, always cleanup before
calling exit(). This impacts -a (animation player), --help & --version
arguments, as well as scripts executed via --python which meant tests
that ran scripts could leak memory without raising an error as intended.

Avoid having suppress warnings & rationalize in code-comments when
leaking memory is/isn't acceptable, any leaks from the animation-player
are now reported as well.

This change exposed leaks: !140182, !140116.

3e58016c13 UI: Remove Modulation of Drag Threshold with Pen Pressure
Partial revert of 5102880f51. That commit decreased pen tablet drag
threshold as pressure is added. Unfortunately, although this allowed a
quicker response to start of drag, this also increased the difficultly
of initiating a press when both actions are available. With numerical
inputs for example, although dragging is more responsive clicking into
the input to edit was more difficult.

e57359726f GPU: VertexFormat: Use new data types
This prevents the use of unaligned data types in
vertex formats. These formats are not supported on many
platform.

This simplify the `GPUVertexFormat` class a lot as
we do not need packing shenanigans anymore and just
compute the vertex stride.

The old enums are kept for progressive porting of the
backends and user code.

This will break compatibility with python addons.

cffafda2ff Fix #139898: Vulkan: Read out of bounds with color picking
The color picking reads 3 channels from a 4 channel texture. In the
common case the data conversion is required. Data conversion happens on
all 4 channels, but the backed memory only has 3 channels.

This is a workaround as the actual solution needs to work in many
different situations. Previous solution had to many issues that we
reverted the solution. This PR adds a local workaround specific to color
picking.

In Blender 5.0 we want to add test cases for all situations and
implement a solution that works better.

8cdccb0154 Refactor: improve error handling for the animation player
- Pass the exit code back from WM_main_playanim instead of calling exit.
- Errors are printed to the stderr.
- Resolve some leaks on exit.

Note that this addresses noisy leaks reported by ASAN which were
flooding the output, but doesn't attempt to address all leaks.

7aa0981da4 Fix #139705: Generate undo step after cancelling node.join_named
In macro operator `NODE_OT_join_named`, panel is called to name the
frame after execution of `node.join`. This panel returns
`OPERATOR_INTERFACE` to `wm_macro_invoke_internal/wm_operator_invoke`.
This prevents from generating an undo step for node.join because retval
is not `OPERATOR_FINISHED`. Hence, `wm_operator_finished` is not
called which actually calls the function to create undo step. To fix
this, adjust condition in `wm_macro_end` so that retval is "FINISHED"
when first operation is executed successfully while later is in
`OPERATOR_INTERFACE` state

64696cc699 NDOF: simplify the UI and preferences
- Navigation modes has been redefined a bit and introduced in a form of
  an enum so that new ones can me implemented in the future.
  Additionally switching between modes shouldn't require any additional
  configurations like inverting all the axes.
  Currently there are only 2 modes implemented,
  but 2 more are planned and will be proposed in follow-up PRs.
  Implemented modes are:

  - Object: works like "Orbit" option.
    but has all axes implicitly inverted
  - Fly: works the same as "Free".

- "Turntable" option has been turned into "Lock Horizon".
  This single option works for both normal navigation and Fly/Walk
  modes now.
- Pan and Rotation axes inversion has been removed from default
  configuration.
- UI has been simplified following the design from #136880.
- Zoom Invert has been removed since it looks like a duplication of
  `NDOF_PANZ_INVERT`.

534044ccef Fix #139681: Cursor appears in walk navigation after hovering over gizmo
Regression in [0] which would re-highlight gizmos when they had been
tagged for highlighting.

This caused highlighting to be recalculated unexpectedly while
blocking modal operators run that used a timer.

The timer events would be passed though to the gizmo handler which
then re-evaluated the highlighted gizmo based on the cursor position.

Resolve by skipping pass-through for gizmos.

19741a6751 UI: Tooltip for dragging multiple files
This changes how tooltips for dragging multiple files are shown. this
shows an `Documents` icon and a counter of how many files are dragged.
When multiple files are dragged from Blender internal file browser,
this avoids showing the thumbnail of the file selected to start
dragging, if selection is unique this thumbnail will be visible.

91803e130f Cleanup: Grammar: Fix uses of "for e.g."
e.g. stands for "exempli gratia" in Latin which means "for example".
The best way to make sure it makes sense when writing is to just expand
it to "for example". In these cases where the text was "for e.g.", that
leaves us with "for for example" which makes no sense. This commit fixes
all 110 cases, mostly just just replacing the words with "for example",
but also restructuring the text a bit more in a few cases, mostly by
moving "e.g." to the beginning of a list in parentheses.

b26c2c1b38 Fix #139248: Update IME Data with GHOST_kEventImeComposition Event
Before e4aa758d70 we kept a pointer to ghost IME data, but with that
change we instead maintain a local copy of that data instead. This
means that we have a copy of it with GHOST_kEventImeCompositionStart,
but we don't update our copy when we get GHOST_kEventImeComposition.
This is where (at least on Windows) when we get the composition result,
the final string to be inserted.

282d703f6b Fix #139443: WM: Clear draw region framebuffers to avoid corruption
This PR adds a clear on creation for draw region framebuffers, which
fixes issue https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/139443.
When using the "Lock Interface" option, redrawing is disabled until the
rendering process has finished. When the GPU driver does not initialize
framebuffer textures with zero, this means that visual corruption can
be perceived when resizing the main window while rendering.
This fix makes sure that framebuffer textures are initialized with zero
on all GPU platforms.
