Aras Pranckevicius 33ef338aca Cleanup: split ffmpeg movie writing into smaller source files, debug print cleanups

- Split off audio related code out of movie_write.cc into
  movie_write_audio.cc
- Rename very generic PRINT debug logging macro name to FF_DEBUG_PRINT,
  and use "ffmpeg:" prefix in the printed messages
- Other tiny simplifications
