Fix the "Merge Vertices" report, replacing "vertice(s)" with either "vertex" or "vertices". The singular "vertice" is not a word in English, and thus the regular "append (s)" approach is incorrect. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/119863
