Remove the `use_attribute_storage_write` experimental option and always write in the new format, which is supported by 4.5. The new format is only used at runtime by point clouds currently but there is no reason for it to be an option at this point. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/140284
