a017a6cc54 Refactor: UI: Replace uiItemO with class method uiLayout::op
This converts the public `uiItemO` function to an object oriented
API (`uiLayout::op`).
Also this rearranges `idname` paramether, since this the only one
required, and to make format similar to `uiItemFullO`

Note: One of the benefits of moving from a public function to class
method is to reduce API usage difference between C++ and Python. In
Python this method is called `UILayout::operator`, however `operator`
is a reserved keyword in C++.

e8f1473da6 Refactor: add "filepath" property to CollectionExport to avoid hacks
Fixes for #137856 & #137507 were workarounds to ignore the
PROP_PATH_SUPPORTS_BLEND_RELATIVE for CollectionExport however they
were error prone - especially #137856 as it relied on the surrounding
buttons.

Instead of adding logic to ignore the flag for this specific case,
add a property to the CollectionExport which can have it's flags
and use this instead of the operators "filepath" property.

Internally this wraps the same IDProperty data used by the operator.

5b9b4661ec Fix #137541: Search in Properties Editor throwing errors
In bf18e8f814, `buttons_context_compute()` was moved "upstream" in code

79d9e60076 Geometry Nodes: initial support for showing logged data in closures
This adds initial support for showing logged data in closures. This is more
tricky than the other zone types, because the zone content is evaluated
elsewhere. The main new thing here is a function that attempts to find where a
given closure is evaluated statically.

Finding this place statically is also important because we generally decide
which compute contexts we want to log before evaluation starts. That's because
we don't want to log everything (which is expensive), but just the places that
the user is currently looking at.

This also changed a bunch of CMakeLists.txt files so that these modules can
include NOD_* stuff, which is generally fine everywhere in editors code.

d0157b0b70 UI: various minor fixes/changes to file BUTTONS_OT_file_browse
The internal logic for this operator has become broken over time.

- Relative paths could expand using, then be made relative
  using the blend file - but only for directories (not files).
- A trailing slash was added for directories (noted as important),
  but then ignored when the relative option was disabled.

Simplify the logic here:

- Use the same relative path logic for all paths.
- Add the trailing slash for the directory based on the RNA type
  instead of checking if the underlying path is a directory.
- Remove the logic that stripped the file-name off non-directories
  since the file selector doesn't allow a filename to be set
  when selecting a directory.

14407595ce Fix #137218: Make All Tabs Visible for New Properties Area
With commit bf18e8f814 the Properties editor can filter categories.
There is versioning code to ensure that any existing areas show all by
default. But newly-created Properties areas start without any. For
example, start with Factory Settings and then change the 3D Viewport to
a Properties editor and it will be blank. I'm assuming this is not
intended behavior so this PR makes new editors start with all tabs
shown.

bf18e8f814 UI: Filter visible tabs in Properties Editor
This commit allows to specialize or optimize properties editor for
particular workflows by hiding individual tabs. The filtering is done on
editor level, currently in editor options popover panel.

Primary motivation was to allow strip properties to be moved to
properties editor. The filtering is beneficial, as usually it does not
make sense to show strip propeties in modelling workspace and in video
editing workspace other properties would introduce quite a bit of noise.

10233e95dd Cleanup: use a typed enum for operator & gizmo callbacks
Callbacks: exec invoke & modal now use a typed enum wmOperatorStatus.

This helps avoid mistakes returning incompatible booleans or other
values which don't make sense for operators to return.

It also makes it more obvious functions in the WM API are intended

Operator enums have been moved into DNA_windowmanager_enums.h

indirectly.

dd168a35c5 Refactor: Replace MEM_cnew with a type-aware template version of MEM_callocN.
The general idea is to keep the 'old', C-style MEM_callocN signature, and slowly
replace most of its usages with the new, C++-style type-safer template version.

* `MEM_cnew<T>` allocation version is renamed to `MEM_callocN<T>`.
* `MEM_cnew_array<T>` allocation version is renamed to `MEM_calloc_arrayN<T>`.
* `MEM_cnew<T>` duplicate version is renamed to `MEM_dupallocN<T>`.

Similar templates type-safe version of `MEM_mallocN` will be added soon
as well.

Following discussions in !134452.

NOTE: For now static type checking in `MEM_callocN` and related are slightly
different for Windows MSVC. This compiler seems to consider structs using the
`DNA_DEFINE_CXX_METHODS` macro as non-trivial (likely because their default
copy constructors are deleted). So using checks on trivially
constructible/destructible instead on this compiler/system.

e05ef4c838 Nodes: support filepath filter for import nodes
Currently, when selecting a file path using the file browser opened from the
node socket, there is no filter active making it harder than necessary to find
the correct file. This patch adds the proper filter. Something similar is done
when using e.g. the gltf import from the menu.

Supporting this requires changes in a bunch of places:
* `StringPropertyRNA` now has a callback that returns the file path pattern.
  This has to be a callback, because the same property is used on all file path
  sockets, but the valid extension depends on the node.
* The string socket declaration also has the optional path pattern. This can be
  set in the node declarations.

119fc054f8 Cleanup: BKE: Nodes: Pass-by-reference
Restriction of the nodes api to clearly define never-null function arguments.
Side effects: some assertions and null-check (with early return) were removed.
On the caller side is ensured to never derefer null to pass argument (mainly in RNA).
In addition, one pointer argument now actually a return type.

By-reference return types instead of pointers going to be separate kind of
change since also imply of cleaning up variables created from reference.

Also good future improvement would be to mark a copy-constructor as

7682258ff9 Refactor: UI: Use a Vector to store buttons in UI blocks
This changes the ui-blocks buttons storage from Listbase to Vector.

Major changes that might cause a performance considerations are
in `ui_but_update_from_old_block` that requires to track buttons when restoring
button state between block redraws or in `uiItemFullR` that may needs to insert
uiButs in the middle of the vector to add decorators. This might not be as fast as
removing or inserting elements in the middle of a listbase container. Also buttons currently
don't know its position in the container, so to get the previous and next
button its required to make a lookup of the button in the container.

`UI_block_update_from_old> ui_but_update_from_old_block` restores the state
of buttons between frames, this is done by sequentially testing if a button is the
same as an old button, however since UI can be created procedurally some old buttons
may not be drawn while editing other button data, this requires an extra track of what
buttons may not match to a new button while comparing for restoring state, but still
this buttons may be candidates to match to an new button.

Not functional changes expected.

  * Runtime pointer is reset to nullptr before writing.
* Looking up a library by its absolute path is now handled through a

971c96a92c Nodes: rename integer type of nodes to type_legacy
The new description for `bNode.type_legacy`:
```
  /**
   * Legacy integer type for nodes. It does not uniquely identify a node type, only the `idname`
   * does that. For example, all custom nodes use #NODE_CUSTOM but do have different idnames.
   * This is mainly kept for compatibility reasons.
   *
   * Currently, this type is also used in many parts of Blender, but that should slowly be phased
   * out by either relying on idnames, accessor methods like `node.is_reroute()`.
   *
   * A main benefit of this integer type over using idnames currently is that integer comparison is
   * much cheaper than string comparison, especially if many idnames have the same prefix (e.g.
   * "GeometryNode"). Eventually, we could introduce cheap-to-compare runtime identifier for node
   * types. That could mean e.g. using `ustring` for idnames (where string comparison is just
   * pointer comparison), or using a run-time generated integer that is automatically assigned when
   * node types are registered.
920e709069 Refactor: Make header files more clangd and clang-tidy friendly
When using clangd or running clang-tidy on headers there are
currently many errors. These are noisy in IDEs, make auto fixes
impossible, and break features like code completion, refactoring
and navigation.
This makes source/blender headers work by themselves, which is
generally the goal anyway. But #includes and forward declarations
were often incomplete.
* Add #includes and forward declarations
* Add IWYU pragma: export in a few places
* Remove some unused #includes (but there are many more)
* Tweak ShaderCreateInfo macros to work better with clangd
Some types of headers still have errors, these could be fixed or
worked around with more investigation. Mostly preprocessor
template headers like NOD_static_types.h.
Note that that disabling WITH_UNITY_BUILD is required for clangd to
work properly, otherwise compile_commands.json does not contain
the information for the relevant source files.
For more details see the developer docs:
