Ramon Klauck 1a9817cdca VSE: add copy and paste operators to preview keymap 
This feature allows the user to use `ctrl + C`, `ctrl + V` and
`ctrl + shift + V` directly in the sequencer preview. It adds these
operators also to the preview Strip menu.

It works the same as in the sequencer timeline.
