Damien Picard ac1f875a2f I18n: Translate Insert Unicode Character Cancel/Confirm Buttons 
These buttons use `uiDefIconTextBut`(), which needs manual translation
for the label using `IFACE()`.

Reported by Ye Gui in #43295.
